Process: Wet Milled
Drying: Sun and dry mill

This Guatemalan bean is sourced to reflect the quintessential Guatemalan flavour profile and offer consistency from year to year.  This coffee gives the exporter great flexibility to use coffee from all the growing regions of the country.  The consistency cup-to-cup is the defining quality of the Tikal profile.
