Fazenda Santa Helena is located in Carmo de Minas, south of Minas Gerais, in the Sierra da Mantiqueira region. The soil quality and exceptional climate makes for great specialty coffee. This farm is not mechanized, so crop management is done by hand. This ends up with a higher cost of production, but shows through in the high quality product.
