Finca Villa Coffee belongs to a cooperative and is certified Organic. It is located in the munipipality of Planadas Tolima in the Vereda Cristalina, and is owned by Mr. Jairo Lopez. The farm is 16 hectares and has 4500 coffee trees planted.
The natural processing of these beans involves leaving the coffee in cherries for 36 hours after picking for a dry ferment. After the 36 hours the coffee is moved to drying beds for 28 days.
