In 2012 Finca Manantiales Del Frontino obtained a quality recognition for their commitment to the environment and superior product.
The process involves pulping the coffee on the same day of collection, on a floating tank they separating the mature beans from the light and ripe beans to process only the ones that reached the best degree good ripening and those that have better characteristics, then the coffee is fermented in water for 18 to 22 hours, finally it is washed and sun dried on beds until it reaches the humidity no higher of 11.5% and packaged to be storage.
